Ingredients
1/2 kilo chicken breast fillet
1/2 cup cornstarch
8 tbsp water
1/2 cup cooking oil for frying
3 tbsp SQUEEZE-C Calamansi Concentrate
2 tbsp sugar
salt
pepper
Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Cover with flour.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place inside the freezer for 15 minutes.
In a deep pot, brown the chicken in oil.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
For the sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water in a small sauce cntainer. Place sauce pan on the stove on a medium high heat. Pour SQUEEZE-C Calamansi concentrate, water and sugar and mix with spatula.
In a pot, add in the cornstarch mixture and wait until the sauce thickens while stirring occassionally.
Pour sauce over the chicken.
Best served with rice and parsley.
